Moin moin,
won something today, verified and everything, no bonus etc. Wanted to pay out my 10k win and just get ne mail that the payout was transferred back to my player account and they get in touch. According to Agbs you can pay out 10000 maximum, there is also nothing about maximum per week or the like.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Have the days already times 4k transferred, everything without problems.

Problem could be: my bank is not supported by Trustly but with instant Deposit I can deposit. Accordingly, I must transfer to my bank but they offer only Trustly or Visa. what do I do now?
