unfortunately i am already at the end of my tether and hope someone here can help me as the support from mrgreen is more than just incompetent.

i made a withdrawal on 11.4 ---> support verified ----> received confirmation that the money was on its way within 3-5 days
after 5 days support wrote again ---> technical problems the money is on its way 1-5 days
after 5 days again support wrote they said the money is really on the way now 1-5 days ---> on the same day the money was transferred back to the mrgreen account well i just made another withdrawal then it was said again withdrawal is successfully completed the money is in 3-5 days with me unfortunately until today but nothing received....


i wrote to the support again today the only answer i got was sorry i am not from the support department i can't help you there either
then i told him if he can forward me to... the answer was that unfortunately it is not possible...

unfortunately i really don't know what to do and i have the feeling i won't get the money anymore

What amount is involved? Then write a complaint to our great authorities and tell them in the chat, maybe something will move..why do they need so long to pay out..they used to be much faster...technical conditions are getting better and better & the casinos are getting worse and worse..you don't have to understand..have you ever canceled a payout yourself?
