Hello everyone!

As a preliminary info! I play from Austria

I have had an account with Pokerstars since 2020 but never deposited. Today I wanted to Deposit 950€ which worked without any problems.

credit was credited but could not play. I didn't think anything of it yet.

Then all of a sudden I can no longer log in and I get an email that I have to verify myself.
So I sent all the documents but haven't received any more information for 6 hours, and I can't log in either.
