I have written here before, they are 2 separate companies. When you pay out from the Jeton Wallet to the Jeton card, that is like when you transfer from the Jeton Wallet to your bank account. On Saturdays and Sundays I don't think anything is paid out there, they check it manually and if everything is ok, then it says approved, and only then the money is transferred to the Jeton card.
