I received a mail from the finance department that the transfer is on the way, but it can take 5 to 8 days until it is on my account
i had transferred 2005 Euros and the mail says that they have transferred 1774.92 Euros.
Are there any fees?
Strange is also, I had deposited with Skrill but not the option to withdraw with Skrill
I find everything a bit strange.

I just asked in the live chat. The whole last days it was offline and today to my surprise someone was there. There is a 1.5% transaction fee to cover costs. And because of an ongoing procedure Skrill, Trustly etc. is not usable for a withdrawal
