I deposited €25 at WestCasino and claimed a 300% bonus.
It went really well, so after converting the Bonus money I was able to withdraw 2000€.
So on 10.05.2020 I ordered the withdrawal.
1 hour later I got an email in which I was asked to verify me... This I did immediately and also asked in the chat immediately whether everything worked with the verification. The employee said that everything worked great.
The payout then came on 13.05.2020 again on my casino account with the reason that I could only pay out 1925 €, because the bonus money was still deducted.
