Hey guys!
Bin grad mega frustrated. Also do not know if my thread is right here. Now to my problem:
I signed up a few months ago at Boocasino and deposited a few thousand (unfortunately) total.
Must say that I am registered with some Online Casinos, played a lot and inherently no bonus offers to ninm. Neither DepositBonuses or anything like that. Now I wanted to make a withdrawal of 400€ for the first time at the said casino. Verification took about ne week. Then I saw yesterday that I suddenly had 30€ on my player account and that my withdrawal was rejected (with the said 400€) I then sent an email and today got an answer that has me insanely excited... It must be said that I need the money urgently...
In the mail it said: My payout was rejected because I supposedly accepted a cash bonus of 5€ on the 14th, and there you must not exceed the 100€ profit maximum sum.
So - 400€ gone?? Then I checked my history. On 12.1. 200€ deposited and on 13 (on which I supposedly accepted the bonus) again 200€. Do not know now what I should / can do. That can not be that one underjubelt me a 5€ bonus only to not have to pay out?!?? As already mentioned, I really NEVER used a bonus offer... Vlt can someone give me a Tip Thanks again

You will not be able to avoid an official complaint. I don't know if "Boocasino" is listed here. Otherwise try "AskGamblers".
If the claim with the bonus is true, you will unfortunately have bad cards. To tie a cash bonus to conditions is also lousy, I know that otherwise only from no DepositBonuses etc..
