Hello all,
On 1 April I got an SMS from Lapalingo that there is a Deposit bonus 500% up to 250 euros.
I have then deposited 50 euros and thus had 300 euros play money. With the deposit it said that I have to convert the amount 40 times which is actually almost impossible. I still managed to convert the bonus. After I won and lost several thousand euros I came shortly before the end on fabulous 29,000 euros on my player account I then want to pay out. I also got emails that these are available for payout. 2 days later I got an email from Lapalingo that there was a notice about the bonus. Allegedly offered at exclusive email can only be paid out a maximum profit of 500 euros this was also in a picture what lapalingo had sent me.
1. I have not received any email for the bonus
2. In the SMS was nothing of the Agb but only that I have to convert the amount 40 times
3. If I know that I would only pay out 500 max then I could just throw my 50 euros out the window
This is a scam by lapalingo and they must not get away with it
I have already written an email to MGA and one to lapalingos complaint team. I will have to take further steps if I do not get my win
I have written to the Live Chat and by email to the customer service they have written back to me cheeky there is not more money than 500 euros. Let the fingers away from Lapalingo I have read in many portals that they often deduct such a thing with larger wins. It is about 28500 euros
They argue that I should read the terms and conditions when depositing that is but a lie there was nothing in it

No I tell you but I've read the terms and conditions and there was nothing in it from max payout otherwise I would not have taken this bonus I'm not stupid and take 250 euro bonus so I have to convert 12 thousand so I can win 500 euros at the end that's nonsense.
There are indeed the terms and conditions with email offers but I point it out I did not get an email but a text message on my phone
I have also received the Sms. On the page of Lapalingo you could claim under bonus this then and also read that the bonus is limited to a maxcashout of 500€.

I'm really sorry for you. Max cashout is really the very last thing. I understand if you buy somewhere for accumulated points free spins or so but for a regular Deposit is just crap
