I need your help or Tip what I can do.
I had registered at Platincasino 2 weeks ago and also uploaded for Verification all requested documents like ID, invoice, bank statement, credit card. My identity was confirmed to me in a mail:
" we thank you for your support. Your identity is now confirmed. From now on you can use your Platincasino to the full extent and also make your payouts easily and uncomplicated."
Since then I have made several small deposits between 15 and 30 EUR from my checking account and gambled them away. Now, unfortunately, something stupid happened to me . I have by typing error instead of 15, - EUR 1500 deposited. Have then arranged a payout of 1480, -. Then I got a mail that the back of the credit card is missing .... I have uploaded. Then I got again mails that still what is not right with my credit card ... which I actually do not use but only additionally uploaded. I did everything I was supposed to do.meanwhile the withdrawal amount was posted to my game account again and again and I kept initiating a withdrawal ... which in turn led to new proofs of identity regarding my credit card . I then tried via chat to get help but they couldn't view the documents and couldn't help me further. Then I saw that my credit card was probably finally confirmed ... for whatever because the amount is to return to my savings bank account. I now had great hope that my money will now be paid out. Today I was almost struck by this mail :
while checking your account we noticed that we still need some documents for verification.
Other important notes:
Withdrawal without (sufficient) stake - total of last Deposit: 1.510,00 €, stake since last deposit: 300,16 €
Please do not send any documents by e-mail , but always download your documents in your user account at [link will be displayed only after verification]

Does this mean that I still have to convert my accidental payment .... so to speak my salary because I only deposited and gambled 300 in 2 weeks ? It's too funny but I'm not laughing 😒

But when you play, take it easy. You won't lose too much if you play games with good returns. Just stay away from Book of Dead or similar games.
