Hello everyone I have since three days problems to verify my Deposit proof. I have deposited with Sofort transfer from comdirect now a screenshot of the transaction is required on the

IBAN
My name
The amount
Name of the recipient
Transaction ID
& Date

is included. Unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no view on which the IBAN is available with all other data on one page. The account statement where all the info would be available does not seem to count as proof of deposit.

It's about 260 € so not the world but still I'm now really upset how stubborn is acted here.

Does anyone have experience? Am I doing something wrong?

Have now requested and uploaded a transfer confirmation (without own IBAN). To my surprise, this was accepted and the payout approved. The money is not yet there, but think that this comes in the next few days

The transfer confirmation was charged to me with 14,90€ from comdirect.
