Hello dear ones!
On Sunday I have had a larger win at Lottoland.on Monday I should submit everything. Is done with a few touch ups. Was also always in contact with the department. Until today I could log in. Now my account is blocked and no one tells me why. Everything was fine in the last months. Withdrawals have worked. Now that I am so lucky, nothing works. Please help me!
Always been friendly in email and nothing has happened.

My modest first experience with Lottoland was actually quite reasonable. I was able to turn this €2 free bet into €21.88. For whatever reason, I was already verified (I never sent anything there, maybe there was something with a 1 cent transfer and code or something like that...I can't remember). Paid out once and saw what happened...no mail, no message, nothing at all....2 days later money arrived. I wasn't quite so sure about that, to be honest

Lottoland has a Live Chat, but it's a bit hidden. As far as I can remember, you have to go to the FAQ and then click on something. Then you should find the live chat somewhere.
