Hello everyone, I need assistance... Namely :
Last night I made several deposits at karamba and received 50% Bonuses ( which I did not want, but also could not cancel because no one was available in live chat.
Well, so first bonus tried with moderate stakes to wager and up to nen euro all gambled away... (bonus credit was then 1.10 euros or so) and I had so let stand, because usually the bonus is fixed to a deposit.
Subsequently, I have again deposited 500 euros and again received a bonus that I could not cancel and thought to myself, as long as I do not tackle the credit I cancel tomorrow (first goes really money away)
Came to just under 3800 +200 + (1 ) Euro real money and the the untouched bonus.... Now I have written to the chat and asked that this is canceled.
The 200 euro bonus was canceled ( with which I came via 4 euro spins to just under 3800 euros and made the last deposit.
The one euro but not, now I was told one may only with 3.99 per spin Wagern (which is known to me in principle, but I assume that if I get 200 euro bonus on the last Deposit, the other bonus are liable to the old balance (which was then gone) and not mixed with the new deposit and must be gewagered!
The support is cross and answers permanently with macros, is not cancelable, since it was started to play. I have both bonuses immediately tried to cancel after receipt and both went only via Live Chat
You don't get any possibility to refuse or cancel these bonuses, are old bonuses (the one euro) allowed to mix with new credit? Because of course I made with the new credit 4 / Euro spins and would have therefore violated the terms and conditions, but the new bonus was also canceled ... Only the old not whose money was gambled away up to one euro?

The group behind Karamba is mE bad, plus that it is absolutely negligent on your part to leave there somehow on the off chance bonus credit and assume that would disappear automatically or will then already be regulated. Where would have been the problem with it to play down to 0.00?
Mind you, I don't want to say that this is all your fault, uncancellable forced Bonuses / unavailable Live Chat etc. are beneath contempt - what I want to say is that it should have been clear to you (after 50 posts in this forum I assume that you have been here for a while) that this will lead to stress
