hello all,

first of all i would like to thank GJ Julian for his efforts and i would like to thank Daniel and Mathias who run a site like Gamblejoe and among other things provide a contact point and help for players who can't fight a casino on their own.

Thank you.

and now i try to put as little emotion into the closing text as possible.

after almost 3h with the very nice english speaking casino manager Louis in the chat, it looks like the Verification is now completed and the money is on the way. it is not yet in my bank, but at least the manager has confirmed it to me and in my account I am now verified again and the payout is set to "completed".

since the Casumo statement here in the forum was very meaningless and not at all related to my case, i just went into the chat and asked for Louis. after just a few minutes he said that everything was fine, the verification is through and the money is on its way.
i was already very happy, but then he suddenly said that he had to take back the statement.
i naturally fell out of all the clouds....
in the same second, the message popped up again that my last verification had been rejected.....my sweat beads grew bigger and i cursed in front of the screen.

he told me that the last proof was ok, but that i, loosely translated, with a fixed monthly income of over 3000€ (i won't say an exact number for privacy reasons) could not afford to play on casumo or that casumo could not justify deposits in case of an audit...... .i'll leave it at that...... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...
then i was asked to provide proof of my earnings, for the 4th quarter of 2018....do you understand? proof of deposits from last year...even though it's 2019 and i've been playing at casumo all along and have cashed out as well.

and at that point i realized that with a normal monthly income i will not be able to pay out my win and i remembered that in this period last year i had my biggest win at sunmaker - 20.000€.

i offered to prove this to him. he accepted and i frantically looked up my account statement showing the win and logged into sunmaker and took a screenshot of this payout.

then i uploaded the stuff and Louis told me he was on his way to the finance department.

from then on it took forever...nothing happened...a few times i asked why it was taking so long as you can see the necessary information in 5 seconds. he said the colleagues are a bit slow right now.

it was then 17 o'clock and Louis had closing time but he was so nice and said it should be done immediately and offered me to wait so long. after a few more minutes he then said: it's all right. the money is also on the way. and in the account popped up the message "account verified" and "your money is already on the way".

i thanked Louis and actually wanted to tell him that I can no longer play at Casumo after this action, because the relationship of trust was destroyed, but he had to go urgently and I wished him a nice evening.

i can only say one thing: if i hadn't won at sunmaker back then, i probably would never have received this money. because casumo didn't even care about a reasonable income. furthermore, i have said several times that i have financial reserves and can of course fall back on them when i play. they didn't care at all. i could have 3 million euros on the giro, no one there cares.

without gamblejoe, without direct contact with the manager, without a big win, without knowing who i could turn to.....what would have happened then? what does a normal player do? what does someone who doesn't know english do? a solution only through livechat was basically out of the question! i wasn't even given the information that louis gave me.

what each of you does now with this information is up to you. but i'm afraid to play at casumo and especially to win after these very stressful days. and officially i can't afford to play there either, it seems......
what if the next "verification" follows? and it can apparently hit anyone at some point anyway.

i would have expected something like this from an unlicensed noname casino that just doesn't want to pay out the player. but not from Casumo.

goodbye dear Casumo. of course you can keep the earnings from the last few years in the amount of a new german mid-size car. i never thought i would say something like this, but i'm almost glad that i didn't win a mega amount. i certainly wouldn't have been able to stand it nervously.

For me Casumo is dead, although I have played there with pleasure. I received an email in which I was excluded from all bonus offers (I never used one anyway, always without a bonus), when asked in Live Chat they could not give me the reasons why I was excluded, so what, there are plenty of other casinos

Thank you for your feedback regarding account Verification at Casumo.

Of course we understand that sending your income details, is a very private matter.

Due to regulatory changes in our industry, companies like Casumo are now considered subject entities. This means that we must perform "due diligence" on our clients similar to that of banking institutions.

All online gambling operators, like Casumo follow strict regulations set by various governing bodies, including the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), as well as the Danish Gambling Authority (DGA) and the Swedish Gaming Authority (SGA).

We are also committed to providing a safe
gambling environment where the protection of your funds is always a priority.
To do this, we sometimes need to collect information, in addition to our regular verification. These additional checks are necessary to satisfy our regulators.

Please contact our Ambassadors to obtain account specific information as we cannot discuss this with you on public forums.

Our Ambassadors can be reached 24/7 via Live Chat or by email at hey@casumo.com .
