Hello,
i requested a payout of 450€ after I met the turnover requirements for the Welcome bonus and I still had about 180€ in credit.
A few hours later my withdrawal was deleted and my balance was reduced to the original Deposit amount of €50
The reason given was that I had exceeded the maximum stake (according to the terms and conditions 5€ per spin). I do not remember playing stakes in this amount or even more than 5€.
Is there any hope of a payout in such cases or am I as a player in a losing position in view of the casino's argumentation?

The casinos have probably built in some pitfalls....
I have received the game history and can see that I bought a bonus on a bet of 0.40€ for 20€. In the bonus conditions only single bets of over 5€ are prohibited.
I still believe that I have not violated this condition.
All the more annoying: The bonus has cost 20€ and paid 24€. I mean because of 4 € win I probably lose a total of 600 €....
I am currently still in contact with the support and hope for an agreement.
I also can not understand why the entire winnings are confiscated and not only the winnings concerning the respective stakes.

If you have bought a bonus you will at most get your Deposit back and even that only if the casino is accommodating
