1) Beaver sausage. Smoked. Had a flavor all its own. Mixture of pork and beef.
2) Deep fried grasshopper: tasted like chicken skin. Was just also deep fried.

The most extraordinary was simply everything I ate at the "Chinese" all you can eat buffet
---> crocodile
---> kangaroo
---> snake
And then the top of it all was the shark meat
What was also extraordinary, was a self-prepared "idea". I thought that the crust of meat loaf always tastes great. So I flattened a whole meatloaf with the corrugated wood and baked it, so I only had the crust. The whole thing was delicious for about 5 minutes, then it was a bit too intense and I got sick
