I was accidentally locked out of tipico online at Osasis over 2 years ago
I did not get it. Then I wanted to gamble offline at Vulcan spielo and got the message they have to go unfortunately they are locked. Embarrassing, embarrassing 😂

The 1 week was actually just the amount of time given until the request is processed. If you have been unlocked, the unlocking is effective immediately, but it also says so. As Svenr has already commented before me.
