I wanted to participate in the Battle of Slots from my cell phone and wanted to register. Now I have accidentally registered at the 50€ HU Gonzo's Quest. ( When selecting the Tournament just jumped to the one below ). I then immediately started the support chat ( English ) and asked if they can cancel the registration and it took 5 minutes until the first answer came. In the said he can do nothing and I could undo the registration itself, which did not work, because apparently someone was already in the heads up. The end of the story is that the support could not help me and the time for the heads-up expired. So I have 50 € in the sand without even having made a spin. The support (John B.) was very unfriendly and not interested in helping me.
He also said quite harshly that it should not really be possible to participate in BoS with a cell phone and that they do not take any responsibility for misclicks or mispurchases, which I cannot understand at all.
