Hello all,
the following:
i bought a 5€ buy ( so 500€ ) money train 2 bonus. Just when the bonus was about to go off, the connection to the slot broke.
When I went back in, 500€ was gone, but no bonus.
In my bet history you can see clearly that 500€ went off, but 0€ win ( because already the Scatter give a MINIMUM each 1x so 3x for the bonus )
So 0x is impossible (I hope you understand what I mean, the bonus scatter - at least 3 - become yes when it goes to the multiplier.
I have contacted SlotsMillion, Felix wrote me that he can not see any error?
I mean the screenshot from my bet history clearly shows that something is wrong.
500€ is not a small amount of money, either they should somehow collect the bonus or "refound" it

Felix from support still thinks that I should not get upset and it can happen with gambling that you have 0€ outcome... I'm really going crazy, he does not understand that it is technically not possible with MoneyTrain 2 and thinks I'm upset why the slot has not paid

As you write yourself, you can not go out with 0 euros in the game.

Well, I can not help you but first agree.
Of course there are providers with Bonuses where you no longer see the bonus visually when you disconnect to restart the game and only get the bonus win in the "background" on your balance.
However, 0x multipliers in the bonus round at Money Train 1/2 are technically not possible.
I would send another email to slotsmillion.com and contact one of the GJ moderators, because €500,00 is a lot of money.

I have often lost a lot of money, but was always nice and never ran after my losses or the like.

Boom has had massive problems lately. Constantly disconnected. Simply logged out in the middle of the game.
Have thereby also lost money or win was not booked to me and the support was just as incompetent and as only back and forth but problem was not solved.... Have in the end shit on the money... Were 125€ that were not booked to me.
I don't know how it is now with Boom if such problems still occur since I don't play there anymore. However, there were these problems not fad first time.
I hope you can clear the problem with Slottsmillion and get your 500€ back or the win from the buy
