The "easiest" way is probably via the English chat. Just tell them that it is not possible to withdraw to MC in Germany and send them screenshots showing that the KK belongs to your N26 (incl. IBAN, your name and address).
Normally, they should then transfer to the appropriate bank account.
Edit: In the future, use an e-wallet instead of the Mastercard. Saves you a lot of work with many OCs!
