Hello, I am registered with Interwetten for over 7 years, deposited few times there, but never paid out. Was also verified about 2015 already times.
Now through the 11€ voucher I could implement well I have made it to the payout. To request this, I had to upload a screenshot from online banking, which to my surprise was accepted after 5 minutes.
There usual is the first payout to the bank account, which I have also arranged. As a preventive measure, I emailed my ID and a current invoice to their service address. You never know.

They send you a message on your account in the casino if something should be. I never get emails from them. No idea why they do not do that. But play there rwgelmäßig and has always worked everything so far. Even if the support, as with many other casinos, sometimes annoying.
