4 days ago I played again, but by Trustly, because Sofortüberweisung was apparently blocked on the part of Platincasino.
Have then also won within 10 minutes 300€ and paid them out.
Until today is in the transactions "waiting" without the possibility to cancel the withdrawal.
So I contacted support again who told me again that the banks are withdrawing instant transfers, they are sorting it out full steam and you should wait until February.
The support person told me that any payouts will be put on hold until then.
What if at some point any transfers via Sofortüberweisung are reversed for that period? Who is responsible for the costs, so would they then be allowed to charge the 15€ per transaction? Since it is no fault on the part of the players.
And does anyone who is with Commerzbank also have these problems?
I just called Klarna and they told me that the problem is on the part of Ayden(the company that receives the payments and forwards them to Platincasino).

I was also written that I should get my money back to my account within 14 days. For me, by the way, it was the 10.01.
