I have had a problem with LocoWin for 3 months. I was asked to prove my address and bank details, which I have done. Is your proof still up to date ? Most documents are only accepted if they are not older than 3 months and the best way is with a bank statement or an electricity or gas bill

Still nothing has happened despite sending multiple bank statements, cell phone bills, utility bills. Every week the same answer from support that I should send it again for verification.
