I have won in a casino over 8000 €, have sent all documents for Verification, ID, confirmation of residents' registration office, bank statement, pay slip, but they absolutely want a bank statement where my IBAN and my address is on it, but on my bank statements is only my account number and no IBAN and address is not on any bank statement, can they withhold the money if I do not have such a bank statement?
I can not understand that the data for so many are not on the statement.I do not know otherwise.
