Hello dear community,

i have already opened a thread a few months ago, as I played at Loco for the 1st time and have been waiting for Verification for what felt like ages. This has been resolved as already mentioned

Now to my next "problem". I won a total of 37.000,-€ at JamminJars (without bonus money) at Loco a few minutes ago

How do you proceed in such cases, so that a smooth payout comes about? According to the terms and conditions the limit is 5000,-€ per week or 20.000,-€ per month. However, individual withdrawals via Trustly are only possible in the amount of 2000,-€

I had no problems with my last withdrawal (4000,-€), but now I have a funny feeling that there might be problems.
