Whoever thought he could just switch to Curacao will probably be proven wrong. I can't imagine that such streams will continue to be tolerated

Do you think even if the people are outside Germany the accounts will be banned? I can imagine somehow difficult - the Streamer itself does nothing illegal.

I can not imagine either, do nothing illegal. No idea if the channels for German viewers can be blocked or banned, you could probably technically bypass something like that anyway.

But I absolutely can not imagine that anyone can or may stream something like that from Germany in the future. At least no unregulated offers (eg curacao licensed). That would be illegal gambling. Watching a stream with a regulated offer is probably rather uninteresting and boring for most people. Maybe someone will sue against this stupid regulation and it will be cashed.

But probably eh all speculation, maybe I'm totally wrong. One must wait and see.

Hi,

Have emmaundeddy yesterday live at gambling watched, so about 21:15 the channel went offline in the middle of the stream,
Since that time they have disappeared from the scene, in my follower list they are no longer and can not find them so.....too bad

Hmm strange seems like all the streamers have disappeared who speak German

That would be awesome stream banned because you speak German as if there would be laws that binds German to the law

They were banned again, this time for 7 days because Eddy said a word in the stream that the employees of Twitch did not like

And what does Twitch not like?

Was all half so wild, find Twitch reacts there over. Eddy was upset about a user who called another Alman. Thereupon he took a word in the mouth, which is not so nice to describe a foreign citizen. He just said that the user wouldn't find it funny if he called him that

I strongly suspect that it was about this word, otherwise not much happened.

Mods there probably have a "cana*e" and "ni**er" button. Hit it once equals 7-day ban

Oh....

Kana**e he said exactly --word was censored by an admin--
But there must have been someone who leaned on him because I hardly believe that twich employees watch every Streamer live around the clock, besides, it was just an example of what he called there ....really bad all this, the world consists only of censorship

In principle correct to stop such terms, but it also depends on the context. Was not there, do not know the circumstances, but if it was used as an argument against similar terms, a ban is too harsh a measure.
