I cashed out the other day it took 24 hours until it was processed I chat told me a support that it can take up to 48 hours someone else 72 hours for a pay n play casino I find that too long even if it takes 24 hours!
i have recently had the problem that I deposited 1,000.00 EUR via Trustly. The money was not credited to my player account , but immediately debited at my bank! I have now learned from support that:
1. The payment team has informed that the Deposit appears stable in Trustly. Once it is settled, we can refund it to your account.
2. Settled payment generally refers to the transfer requests that have been successfully completed. It must be successfully completed in the system before it can be refunded.
NitroCasino is bunkering my 1,000.00 EUR, supposedly they will transfer the money directly to my bank account. Every support puts me off and the money is still missing or "has still not been posted by the system"!!!!
I deposited 20€ and then had to find out that you can only withdraw from 50€, plus then again 3€ fees per withdrawal. For me as a low stakes player, who also has the tick always pay out smooth sums unusable. I would never Deposit there again. But the payout of 50€ was within 5 minutes on my bank account, that is really record suspicious!
