I deposited on Tuesday at 3pm via Neteller first 30€ at Wunderino and then another 18 Euro at Wildz.
Nothing happened for hours, then the odyssey with the Live Chat started
For hours back and forth. I then contacted Neteller by phone and the lady gave me 2 reference numbers that casinos just had to enter and the money would have been there immediately
For days I beg in the live chat almost that times one turns but either I hear there are problems with Neteller or the payment department has not yet reported sometimes the IT is to blame
I must every time in the live chat the complete story down leiern
This is annoying and customer friendliness is something else!

Friday 160 euros deposited via neteller. Has never arrived
Live chat also gives me only spongy answers
