Once you have reached the 500 euros and then it's over, even if you have the 500 total only after several months together. From now on you have to verify your account, only then further deposits via My Paysafe are possible. You could activate with your ID card via video, but you also need the number that was sent together with the ID card

Alternatively would help you evtl to delete your Paysafecard account & set it up again!
Has worked for a colleague of mine... Otherwise, you only the video ident Verification! Or just pay via Cash To Code or online banking
