Hello Community,

i would like to warn all players and potential players about this OC
I had already made several deposits via credit card and never won. But this week I had backed my remaining balance with 50€ paysafe and was able to add 4,300€ in the last 3 days.
So on the 12th of November 1,000€ and on the 13th of November again 1,200€ withdrawal requested
No further Verification of my documents was required and my withdrawal would be made in the next 48 hrs

.....after 7 chat attempts I finally reached someone. Of course not German-speaking. An explanation why no payout on my account can be made but I should not worry until Monday it should work on the credit card and if not I should contact again. Only it is then already 5 days

I can relate to your anger from my own experience!
