Am brand new here and wanted to describe my situation.
It's not a huge win but I'm about the principle and help from Live Chat and email to get well 🤐

Had a withdrawal of 100 euros which was canceled. Reason: I could withdraw max 30 euros because it would have been allegedly non Deposit free spins..ahja 😅
Had but to get the said free spins deposited a day before!

Would not like to open a barrel regarding this sum..I'm about the fairness... the simply claim what and cancel 70 euros that are now gone..is clear 😅

Are you sure that you got the free spins through your deposit? If yes, then I would point out the support again. Firstly, which bonus you have claimed and secondly, the corresponding § in the terms and conditions

2.1.1 For free spins credited with a deposit, a maximum payout limit of 100 EUR (or the equivalent in another currency) applies.


2.2.1 For Free Spins credited without a deposit, unless stated in the specific promo terms and conditions, a maximum winnings payout limit of 30 EUR applies

The last option would be to write to the Official Arbitration Board, but I don't think this is necessary in your case
