Afternoon,
I am contacting you today because I have a big problem with Slotty Vegas.
I registered there and got a bonus of 10 euros. Then I had a little luck and was able to convert the 600 euros. With an account balance of 500 my money was reset to 20 euros as noted in T&Cs. I thought ok if it says so there
So I played further with the 20 euros and won in the end 900 euros all on 0.50- 2 euros
Now Slotty Vegas wants to put my account back to 20 euros. That's a big scam. After the Wagering was my account but already set to 20 euros. The money I could have also let payout. But I continued to play and won 900 euros.
What should I do? Am desperate am not aware of any guilt

The 10 euros were a free bonus without deposit. I had to convert up to 600 euros. Had thereby 500 euros on the account and when I had reached the 600 euro turnover condition my balance was automatically set to 20 euros
With the 20 euros I have then won 900 euros.
Maybe it will be clearer.
Have then deposited 10 euros to be able to verify me.

Wins from bonus without Deposit are limited to a certain amount (in your case 20€).
And it means all the wins from Bonus money are also subject to this 20€ limit. You have cleared 20€, but this does not change the withdrawal limit
If you had cashed out this 20€ and deposited it again it would not have been a problem
