Registered at Platincasino, deposited 10€ via Paysafecard, took no bonus, played - won nothing.
Deposited another 10€ via PayPal, no bonus, played - won 100€.
Correct win, I let me but immediately pay out to paypal, so passport and a letterhead (proof of address) for Verification sent there - letter rejected.
Reason: Letter must be visible in full A4 size.
Letter in full size sent, was recognized - BUT: It is now missing a bank account statement with my address.
Why bank account statement, I want to use paypal....!?
Reason: Who pays with paysafecard may only make withdrawals to the bank.
On my objection that I deposited with paypal and won came 3 times the same answer:
