Lapalingo: [solved] Lapalingo requests documentation for virtual credit card

Topic created on 05th Apr. 2020 | Page: 1 of 3 | Answers: 21 | Views: 5,330
Esesive
Afternoon,

i have a small problem... and namely I want to withdraw my 1200€ at Lapalingo.
I have deposited at Lapalingo apparently over the years with 3 credit cards something. These I should now verify all.
With 2 of 3 credit cards, this is no problem, because these are my standard cards.
But I have no idea what the 3rd credit card should be. It is a MasterCard and when I enter the BIN in Google it says that it comes from Spain, but no bank info, etc.. I have a hunch that it could be a virtual prepaid credit card that I may have used or something.... I don't know... In any case I don't have it anymore... Not physically or virtually... (Have already searched everything)
Does anyone have a Tip for me what I can do? Lapalingo will not pay me anything without the verified card..

I would be grateful for any tip!

Many greetings and have a nice day!

Do you still have the credit card number from the card you are missing?

You can find out at https://binlist.net/ to which bank it belongs and some more details that might help to find out where the card comes from.

I am sure that one of the admins will contact you, some solution will be found.

Bir I also have 300 euros hanging in the air.
I have to verify my Neteller and Skrill account although beibe payment methods are verified.
Documents I have uploaded, but from Skrill they do not accept.
I made the win with a Deposit via Neteller.
It's probably another stalling tactic.
Be iron and do not gamble the money again.

@ Lapalingo

Sorry but the document is not sufficient. We need to see the account balance from the beginning of February and the beginning of March... On the account statement you sent us we can only see Trustly and no name where the money comes from and no actual account balance. Please send us the official account statements from the beginning of February and the beginning of March where we can see the account balance.

account balance yes of course it still goes .... Cheeky that such documents at all a casino what concern ... with me was the adios Lapalingo and Lordlucky

Never heard of them wanting to see the account balance.

The account balance is none of the casino's business.

@lapalingo please comment otherwise I will close my account there too.
