Small update from my side:
I found the missing credit card. It is a virtual one that I have long forgotten.
I wrote to Lapaligo Live Chat that it is a virtual and I don't have the back.
They said with virtuals front side is enough. I am now curious.
Unfortunately, on the front of the card my name is not to be seen. I have them now a credit card confirmation of the bank with uploaded where you can see my name + number etc..
I hope that is enough now.
I have now uploaded so much stuff and written so much back and forth with them.... Really annoying..

So, now the quality of the image of the virtual credit card did not fit. (Can not make a screenshot in the app because of sicherheitsgedöns deshallb I photographed it with another phone...) But you could see all the data / numbers of the card exactly...

The last deposits I have made all via instant transfer. As far as I know, chargeback is not possible
I find it really a cheek... Have uploaded the last two weeks certainly 10-15 documents... either they were rejected or if what was confirmed, again some new document was required... As in the case now the sales...

Once again a small update...
The picture of the card have now been confirmed.
But as predicted, they now want a bank statement where you can see the Deposit, with my name and credit card number.
But there is no such account statement at Revolut. My account statement shows my name, deposit date, and the Iban of my account, but not my credit card number.... I uploaded the + another picture where you can see the deposit and the last 4 digits of the credit card... Well I am 100% sure that it will be rejected again... With the reason they want a bank statement with name/credit card number/amount/date..
But as I said... I do not have such a thing...
