Had similar incident at Twin Casino and just accepted it. Have played me down to 0.24 € and then wanted to play the free spins and check the wager before. I overlooked to update the thread...The manager confirmed me 1-2 weeks ago that "collecting" the free spins is not allowed. This game pattern is automatically detected by the system and cancels the bonus.
