Good day, I had casinogods 20 euros loaded with my welcome bonus. After hours of gambling I had started to collect free spins in different games - to play them later one after the other. When I was still at about 10 cents account balance, I was kicked because of connection problems, then my bonus was canceled what I unfortunately did not notice. You have probably violated one point of the terms and conditions - you are not allowed to bunker free spins with a bonus
Since many people take a bonus FS collect and then play them if the bonus is canceled by too low balance would have all the winnings cash so this is usually prohibited with bonus
Vill you have a system that detects and prevents such a thing but then you would have no chance because the fault lies with you

Yes would apply if my bonus would no longer have been active but I have kept extra credit, so my bonus was still active! Unfortunately, my bonus balance was apparently automatically canceled by Casinogods after a connection problem with which then apparently my collected free spins were no longer valid, but that's not my fault? I had read the conditions before and had an active bonus.

Casinos have different limits some delete at 50 cents the bonus some at 20 cents and some not at all
I am pretty sure that it is there so that the bonus is canceled when credit falls below zb.15 cent or so
