I asked Casumo support a week ago because some NYX games were running extremely slow. And I like to play some of them. Partly just unplayable. They told me they couldn't see the problem. Funfact: In try mode the slots ran completely normal, but in real money mode almost unplayable. It all started when 300Shields Extreme came out
Wsl. or vl. are simply the servers massively overloaded. NYX Gaming Group is huge. BTG, Pragmatic etc. belong to it. Funny is it nevertheless that it apparently still runs at some casinos. But I do not know now what I should find more funny Why the apparently (almost nowhere) run more, or casinos in which the still run Because theoretically that should be the same servers

Why would they have to be the same servers? That would be more than unusual except for extremely small providers.
The software is the same, everything goes through the Provider of the game and the processes the spin. But these usually have much more than one server, there are huge data centers that handle it.

Ahh, here is the thread for it. I was wondering if only I can not play BTG... same problem as you, red loading bar loads up to 99.99% then nothing happens.
Edit: according to VS support, the manufacturer has technical problems.
The cool thing is, you can hear the sound... you can even trigger a spin at the bottom right when wild clicking. That's some bullshit! The only BTG games that run are the ones that save your score.
