I had read through that too, but then I seem to be blind, because when I go to e.g. the last winning picture upload "Opal Fruits: I love fruit salad - win: 547x", I don't see a red "report error" link there that would redirect one...

Winning pictures: Errors with own winning pictures can not be reported. Furthermore, errors with images can only be reported 5 days after upload.
