I have a DSL 50 connection with 1&1.

For three days, the download rate lame beyond good and evil.

i can only tell you about my experience

had a 2 year contract just as this is expired, my internet went as good as nothing more, the same as with you, I called there who said everything ok resetting ect. as I said actually the same as you went through....

then I looked at my contract and saw that the 2 year contract expired 2 weeks ago, then I counted 1 and 1 together


i can not prove it but they have probably turned off the internet so that you want to bring to a more expensive connection / contract, my internet did not work at all for about 1.5 weeks and the service hotline said nene with me everything should fit the would not know why that is so


as I said the 1 + 2 call were still friendly of me the 3 + 4 since they could listen to what at the other end I held that against them that they are sure my internet throttle so that I take a new contract, have of course everything denied but strangely enough after that my internet worked again as before I threatened them to go to another Provider because they are the biggest shit heap I've ever seen and suddenly one day (about 3 days after the last call) the internet went exactly as before - but they knew nothing about it
