Hello, good evening everyone,
have today times deposited at Woopwin and have lost the first bonus and then claimed the 2nd bonus.
Then I was lucky and won the bonus... While playing, my balance dropped from just under 3,700 € to 1.50 €. A look in the account showed that I no longer have a bonus (can also be good, would not have much to wager and was "finished"). However, the amount is still displayed as a bonus...
Am then in the chat and there they told me that I have wagered through the bonus No. 2, however, No. 1 is still open?! I showed her a few screenshots that this somehow can not be true... She then asked me to clear the cookies and log in again... No sooner said than done - still the same error.

Okay, but even if that were the case, I should still be able to continue playing with my bonus credit.... But it has just disappeared... So in the account still there, but not visible in the game.

You can not take another bonus there if a bonus is still active. The problem at the moment is that WoopWin has completely zeroed out the money until the problem is found. So Bonus money from almost 3,700 € to 0 €. But I am in principle in good spirits, since I am as I said 100% sure that I have not violated the bonus rules. Play for years sometimes with, sometimes without bonus and know accordingly the pitfalls ^^ I do not know how long they need for the review, but I hope that goes quickly...
