But the fact is that the payouts never took that long, at least for me it was always done after 2 days. Was that just a blip or will it now take longer permanently? Have you really had major problems with the payment providers/system? Confidence is gone for now

I've been with them for just over a year and nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

After a week, they paid out another 5k today without me having to ask. That's how it has to be.

A good 2 days ago at Achievements Free Spins what won and payout is through after 2 and a half days. Perhaps the usual payout time has normalized again, although I don't really trust the whole thing. Instant would be better but you can live with 2 days. For me, it's really a site where you can win something instead of just being withdrawn all the time

Correct. Funnily enough, they introduced instant payouts some time ago. Unfortunately, they no longer offer this, no idea why.

Hi, I won €10,000 almost 3 months ago and still haven't received the money today (16.5) because they just fax me the verification. Does anyone have any tips?
I have sent a letter from an authority that is not older than 3 months and my address is identical to the address on my identity card via PDF but this is always abgeblockt🤷🏼‍♂️

If it's an authority, why not get a registration certificate. I do this from time to time for Verification purposes and it costs €9 here at the town hall and is always accepted

Print out the account statement and take a photo, no PDF / screenshots or similar, that worked for me.
