You can probably forget about all the addons from the Chrome Store. According to reviews, they either don't work, or if they do, they'll sneak ads in.
If they do, try a few Auto Clickers for Windows and see if there's something for you. I use the GS Auto Clicker. It is easy to understand and has the most important settings on board.

I have it too, just set the number of clicks and the time interval and switch it on and off with F8. Super thing.
