Deposit and withdrawal methods: myPaysafecard support cancels contract?

Hello all,

something funny just happened to me and I wanted to ask if you also had such or similar experiences with the mypaysafecard account.

I use for several years unlimited and verified for various purposes the mypaysafecard account

Last week my account was restricted after a Deposit due to security concerns and the balance was frozen. Today I got the mail that my account is blocked with immediate effect.

I had also recently registered with skrill. When my mypasafecard account was restricted I contacted support where I had to verify myself again and answer questions about where I buy my pins, where I redeem them and what I use paysafe and Skrill for. This I did ( my answer was purchases on the internet, payments for various orders, sports betting / gambling and much more) and today I got the mail that the contract is canceled due to the terms of use with immediate effect for cause. I do not receive any further information.

Has this ever happened to you and what could be the reason?

I find this totally dubious and will keep my distance from paysafe from now on.

Greetings

Did you possibly have an account before? Maybe with Skrill?

This happened to me with Skrill.
Have always worked well with it and got at some point a message, my account is blocked for me.
When asked what that was about, Supprt said they have security concerns.
Then I should bring receipts and everything would be fine.
Not at all, for security reasons and significant concerns, my account was closed, despite all the evidence.
That was months ago now.
For some time I no longer play and have not looked at the Skrill account.
Last week I get a notice, my Skrill card is blocked.
Eh guys, I had never gotten one.
All a bit crazy.

I have never done anything that was not allowed.

No definitely not.

I opened my skrill account less than a month ago and verified it right away.
I had some payout from an OC which I then withdrew via prepaid kk at the automat
I have also made purchases (so not just used for gambling)
And as I said my paysafe account I have for easy 7-8 years.
Is really funny.
Since skrill and paysafe are from the same Provider, I suspect that my skrill account is now also blocked.
Totally unserious but "for cause with immediate effect" sounds then already violent 😅

Really intense.

If the "anonymous" payment providers now also start with the shit, one has no choice but to stop.
Funny is just that paysafe as well as skrill was founded exactly for this (anonymity, bsp in particular by withdrawal via the prepaid cards at the machine) but now block the accounts 🤣🤣

When registering on Skrill you have to state whether the account is used for gambling or not. Depending on the answer, there are serious implications for the use of the account...
Possibly this was the case for you?

I was definitely not asked about this when I registered. But currently it is about mypaysafecard account. I only suspect that skrill will also block, since they are from the same provider

" that the contract will be canceled with immediate effect for cause based on the terms of use. I do not receive any further information."

This was communicated to you, as an outsider I can only speculate. Perhaps it is actually because you have used your account excessively for gambling.

In any case, it is extremely rare that the PSC account is blocked with this reason.

It is possible, of course, no question.

However, it is written in the terms and conditions that it is prohibited to use the account for deposits at > unlicensed < gambling providers.
I have not named but well they are not stupid.
Anyway, there is nothing with anonymity or anything else. They check everything as well. Well, you can not do anything.
I suspect just like you that it is because I have used it among other things for gambling

Have you possibly shifted up a gear in the frequency? Basically it is always the same and if a company has security concerns it may well be that you have only exceeded a certain limit in the amount or the number that a "normal consumer" has on average

Such systems are too complex to cover all possible causes but basically it could be anything, theoretically even if you always at a certain day or time something like a system on the day
