Small update, in case anyone is interested....
Due to the described problems with the Lugas limit I had to increase my limit to continue betting. I increased it to 2000, this was valid from today.
After that there was another error of a different nature and neobet showed me that I could still Deposit 8400, actually it should be 400. So they used 10,000 for the calculation.
This is just for information to understand the following.

When I had the problem that 1001 € was deducted from my limit, I had deposited at CrazyBuzzer shortly before and tried to deposit at Daznbet. I thought it was crazybuzzer because the depositors were stuck for a long time, but it seems to be Daznbet.

1. Daznbet does not recognize the higher Lugaslimit (the other bookies do)
2. Before the 1001€ went down from the limit I had tried to deposit at Daznbet, this failed because of the limit. I therefore checked the limit at neobet and saw that the €1001 had gone down. I assume that's why the depositor at Daznbet also failed.
In fact, it seems that Daznbet somehow thought my limit had been reached and the failed depositor caused the error with the €1001.
3. I came across this now because I wanted to deposit again at dazn after the limit increase. This failed again. I then checked the limit or the amount I could still deposit at neobet... €1001 less again.
4. Initiated 2 more (failed) depositors at Daznbet as a test. In each case immediately afterwards €1001 less remaining amount displayed at neobet...

That seems to be relatively clear. Since Lugas doesn't want to or can't give any more details about where the payments credited to the limit come from, I'll let dazn know...

Hi Stromberg,

don't worry, exactly on this day or a day later, NeoBet also displayed an incorrect limit, only 20 EUR difference, but I can't explain this 20 EUR, must be a BUG on the part of LUGAS. Since then I have updated the limit every day, nothing has changed. I haven't had any difference since then.
Shortly afterwards (at the beginning of mid-February) they had unexpected maintenance work, but nothing worked at all on a Monday evening. Maybe it was also because LUGAS couldn't assign any depositors correctly, the system isn't quite right anyway^^

Hey, don't worry anymore.

It is actually clear that it was due to dazn, see my text above.
4 failed depositors, 2 of them as a test, and in each case the remaining limit was reduced by 1001 immediately afterwards...

In fact, with LUGAS, it is sufficient for a Provider to transmit your name once (small and large) and LUGAS creates a new user despite the same address and the like. And the cross-provider increase or protection function no longer works.

For me, LUGAS is more of a sham than a reality and the problem is also known according to Felix Schleife from GGL, but GGL then blames the problem on the providers or on you as the customer and emphasizes how well LUGAS works, even though it doesn't.

That's interesting, the very provider that doesn't report my depositors correctly, or where the deposits are not counted towards the limit, has my middle name written in lower case in my profile... 😬
But since you always verify your identity with perso, I think the provider is also responsible for checking the data correctly...

did you try to Deposit 1001€ in total or how did the amount of 1001€ come together?

Tipico and Neobet's contact details are identical - but NeoBet does not accept Tipico's depositors when I Deposit there 😅

No no, the first time it was 50€.

Then 20€. And the two to test whether the error occurs every time, 10€ I think, or 20, I'm not sure...
I have no idea how this amount comes about...

Hello, does anyone know how the Lugas limit works?

Is it reset on the 1st of every month or always 30 days after the first depositor ?

Thanks for your help

The Lugas limit is always reset on the 1st of the month.
So it will be time again in a week
