Dear GJ Forum,

i had signed up with slotsvillage last week monday.
I have received a NOn-Deposit Bonus of 25 FS.
From these I have then made 300€, converted and was then at 100€ which could withdraw.
I try to withdraw it, first verify: Well well is common.
Verified I was assured that the withdrawal (Skrill) would take 72 hours.
I waited 4 days until I saw that my withdrawal amount was credited again.
I contacted the Live Chat (which is for the ass) and they gave me the assurance that I should try again and since then I'm waiting again for the 4th day and when I try to contact the chat it says: Please allow me to contact the Accounting and then no one answers.

I'm so mad at this junk store can not recommend anyone to register there!!!! Very unprofessional!

Hello Fraa63 and welcome to the forum,

thank you for your complaint. I had a look at SlotsVillage Casino and unfortunately I found out that this online casino is licensed in Curacao. This regulatory body does not respond to complaints and whether such a casino pays out or not is at the sole discretion of the casino. As a rule, Online Casinos such as Slotsvillage do not pay out wins that are larger than €5,000 and were earned by players who deposited small amounts.

Be glad that at least you didn't Deposit any money, but only used a No Deposit Bonus there. Maybe you will still get the money. 100€ is usually not money for a casino either.

Which casino site has committed the crime of recommending this casino to you? How did you get such a junk casino?

Casino sites that recommend such casinos are not recommended. When playing, you should only play at reputable online casinos that have a gambling license in a European country. If there are conflicts between players and casino, then you get your money as a player, if you are in the right.

Especially because of 100 euros? that's nothing for a casino.

I came across this via casinobonus2.co and thought the newbie bonus offer sounded good.
How likely do you think it is that they will pay me the money?
I had to Deposit another 10€ to make a withdrawal and I won another 100€ in real money,
So now I have 210€ waiting to be paid out.
This casino is the last scrap, be it the games or the graphics or the customer support! TOTAL SHAME!

Just that is it yes what me so Ärgert, they should but not make such a fuss and begrudge it to me.
Real rats if I could I would lock everywhere the p**ser.
Simply fraud is in my eyes.
They also have somehow 5 times the same casino only with different names: BlackDiamond Casino, 7 Reels Casino or 7 Slots Casino
All look the same just have different names.

So I can't estimate the probability. If it was an amount of 1,000€ or more, then I would say the chances that you get your win is 10% or so. With such a small amount I would say your chances are better, I would say 50/50. It is actually ridiculous that a casino is willing to lose its reputation because of 100€. The problem is, unfortunately, that the regulatory authority in Curacao does not react. If you had played in a European casino, I could have told you that you would almost certainly get your win through the regulators - provided you followed the bonus turnover requirements.

You can contact the casino again and possibly refer to this thread. If that doesn't help you can complain to the regulatory authority in Curacao (in English): https://www.curacao-egaming.com/

But as I said, I have handled many cases in the past and the regulatory body has NEVER reacted or responded.

Yes within 24 hours it should be on it, am curious. Have never used Skrill before, But since you can pay out at the "Tollen Casino" only from 500 € on the bank account, it went no other way
