I had a conversation with our contact person from Pragmatic Play last week regarding the suggestions for improvement and unfortunately we were told in this ongoing test phase that the Tournament was not financially worthwhile for Pragmatic: Although far more than 1,000 players participated in the tournament, there were relatively few new registrations, so that the management of Pragmatic was not entirely satisfied with the final result.
It was suggested to us that, for example, we should no longer provide a code for the next tournament, with the aim of only allowing new members to participate in the tournaments who register via our link, in order to boost the numbers accordingly.
However, we immediately rejected this suggestion, as it was important to us from the very beginning of the promotion that every member in our community be allowed to participate in the promotion, and that no one be excluded in the process. Especially, for example, also for members who already had an account at Socialtournaments before.
As a result, we will put further cooperation on hold for the future (after the duration of the already running tournament)
I hope that you are not too disappointed about our decision, considering the circumstances.
Nevertheless, we would like to thank the Pragmatic team for their cooperation and especially the respective contact person for making the promotion for our members possible at all.
