[solved] Advanced Verify Withhold Money

Hi together
I have always been satisfied with Platin. Verification was fast and the payouts were also fast.
Now I have 500 and 400 in the payout, which do not come and are no longer cancelable.
A mail came asking for extended verification. Okay I thought, uploaded pay stub and it was accepted after a few minutes.
Then another mail : I have paid and lost more ei than I earn. They want more proof where my money is coming from.
Took screenshots of a few larger cash deposits to my account and told them it was money from peivat sales, junk and Ebay classifieds. Then I uploaded a screenshot of money coming in from a loan.
mutchbetter bank statement uploaded on which to see that from other casinos in the last 30 days wins were paid out.
All in all that should be enough but no more response and also my money is not paid out.
Have I done something wrong ?
Is there anything I can do to get my cash?

Yes, you have done something wrong. To participate at all in such a chicanery and to play at a casino which demands such highly sensitive data. Such casinos should be boycotted
