Since no more threads can be created regarding complaints I'll do it here. Please be considerate and move the thread if it is wrong here.

I deposited money at Sugarcasino and won well on 1-2-3€. Also have screenshots and videos.

I ended up spinning on 10€ and won 4000€. In total I came to 6000€ payout.
Now I was denied the payout and refunded my Deposit i.H.v 175€.
I allegedly violated the T&C because I bet more than 4€
I am of the opinion that this happened after I could have already paid out 1800€.

Any tips on how I should proceed now?

Sounds like a common bonus trap to me. Since all OCs seem to do this, I don't use bonuses.
Check if there wasn't some rule hidden somewhere in the Bonus terms and conditions that you (probably unknowingly) violated. If yes: say goodbye to your win.
