They definitely pay out. From my experience, they somehow have their 3 to 4 fixed times of payout per day. If everything is verified with you, the security check through, then go again in the chat and ask. Otherwise, midnight is a time they like to pay out

When I first wanted to pay out 2k came the same. Security check. Monday it was rejected. Verification again. That was a mistake, the chat told me to make 4 times 500 instead of 2 times 1000. Then it went within minutes
