Lord Lucky: LordLucky Date of birth incorrect - account balance cancelled

Hello dear forum,

i deposited 150€ at LordLucky on 11.04. and registered before. Now I could fortunately in the course of the afternoon to 9,000€ up.
So far so good. After I wanted to start the Verification I had to realize that my date of birth was incorrectly maintained. I immediately contacted the Lordlucky support with the request to change the date to the correct one (incl. ID card). I was then assured (I have black on white as a chat log) that it is no problem to change the date of birth.

So, now I waited 3 days and what do I get as an answer? The 9.000€ were stoniert and I get the 150€ stake back, because I have given wrong data (never consciously!!) when registering. Despite the fact that I was assured that the change of the date of birth is no problem, I now get my win revoked.

Can someone please support me here? All attempts to clarify with the Live Chat were unsuccessful.

I thank you in advance.

Marc

i'd be very interested to see how this turns out... was it just a mistake?

I would also be very interested in this. If it really is just a payment error and then such an amount is canceled. That would really be a huge mess

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this might turn out well for the TE

I contacted the manager of LordLucky and spoke with her about the case, she then forwarded it directly to the Payment Department who then reviewed the case in more detail, and unfortunately came to the decision that they invoke the Terms & Conditions and thus want to retain the money.

2.8 You must submit the correct personal identification information during the registration process. This includes name, surname, address, place and date of birth, telephone number, citizenship, residential address and e-mail. You are also under an obligation to promptly update the said information from Your account should there be any changes to such personal data.

2.9 In order to open an Account on the Website, You must correctly fill in the registration form found on the Website.

Afterwards I tried to list some arguments in favor of the player, because at least in my eyes it doesn't look like the whole thing was intentionally planned during the registration.
Especially since the error could have been caused by the autofill function.

Therefore I asked the manager to talk to the payment department again to at least show some goodwill towards the player, unfortunately they decided against it even after the second conversation and pointed out that he should contact the arbitration board EADR Limited, because they take care of such special cases.

I then asked the user to do the same and to contact the arbitration board.

I am really sorry for the user that I could not be helpful in this case, I for my part would have wished at least some goodwill for the special case, but unfortunately it is not in my hands.

I keep my fingers crossed that the case will still have a positive turn on the part of the EADR.

The topic is therefore left open for the time being to wait for further news / answers from the arbitration bodies.

Well, I can only say, sorry Lord Lucky, you have lost me as a player

I will close my account there

Sure, they are somehow in the right, but if now number twists are already taken as a refusal to pay to advice I'm out

Thus lord lucky already lost a few hundred or more

I'm sorry for the TE.

Don't have a player account with this casino yet and won't be.

Wanting to avoid a payout because of a number twister is really the last thing. And who knows what the casino "finds" in other players to not have to pay out.

For the TE I am really very sorry!

Julian, nevertheless great that you have used yourself there so

Why do I have the strange feeling that the master data change would have been done in one hour if the TE had completely sunk his 150 euros?
